The International Wanderer was created in 2013 by Diane (originally from New Zealand) and Jaime (originally from Colombia).
We have lived, worked, volunteered, studied and travelled all over the world.
We currently work in the Pacific Islands. We have two boys that are loving “island life”.
As the website has continued to grow in popularity we have enlisted the help of others to assist in it's technical and content development.
The International Wanderer is a live abroad / live overseas resource and online directory. With country guides; visa information and a directory of opportunities to volunteer abroad, study abroad, teach abroad, work abroad and intern abroad.
Our online directory also features expat community listings & a blog directory. The International Wanderer also hosts expat blogs from around the world & travel blog articles.
We provide information about working overseas, studying overseas, volunteering overseas and provide resources on every country. Including some helpful tips to help you - before you leave, when you've just landed, settling in and preparing to go again.
We are here to help you wander the globe.
